Healthy snacks for children:

Yogurt with no sugar added
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables


Be careful with:
Dried fruits (raisins included) - covered in sugar
Saltines and other crackers
Yogurt with sugar added
Fruit juice - limit to 4 oz/day
Milk in sippy cup

Drink water anytime.
Drink milk at the table.

Milwaukee tap water is the best. Most bottled water does not have Fluoride.
